  5. sergeant charged by the Army with the murder of a Panamanian
  6. civilian during last December's invasion; by a military jury;
  7. at Fort Bragg, N.C. After a shoot-out at a roadblock, Bryan
  8. shot and killed a severely wounded man, claiming he was moving
  9. in a menacing way. "If you feel that your life is threatened,"
  10. said Bryan, a 19-year Army veteran and a paratrooper, "take
  11. immediate action."
